jlljl is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jlljl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
jlljl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. jlljl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Deposits are generally credited to your jlljl account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jlljl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods that match the name on your jlljl account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jlljl aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
jlljl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if jlljl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the jlljl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlljl does not charge currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their jlljl account are from legitimate sources and that they are gambling within their means. jlljl strongly encourages the use of deposit limits, which can be set from your account settings.
jlljl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to its players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. jlljl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, subject to the original terms of that promotion.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, jlljl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the players' accounts. jlljl's decision in such matters is final. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact jlljl support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. jlljl will investigate the matter and provide a resolution. jlljl's decision following investigation is final and binding.

jlljl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlljl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlljl does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
jlljl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jlljl Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination for cause, jlljl may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to jlljl.
You may close your jlljl account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jlljl Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jlljl's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jlljl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
